Here's a link to the screen shots I took because my account has a major error on it, It's saying I have a 10 game chat restriction, but when I click I Agree it will not let me play any games I've relogged multiple times. I've never seen this before but I recommend two things :
Message Support by clicking on the Support link at the top of the page. This looks to me like some sort of weird bug.
You could always write a post in the Help & Support message board, maybe someone there has seen this before and would be more qualified to help you out.

Don't create multiple support tickets, as it will slow down your response time. Instead, just have one open and be sure to include all relevant info.
While you wait for a response, try doing a client repair. From the main launcher screen, click on the question mark icon at the top and click on the client repair button. This will take a long time to verify the integrity of your files, but once its done try to log in again and start a game.
