Permanently banned?

I apologize in advance for the lengthy post but my situation is somewhat complicated so it requires all the following information.

I was recently permanently banned for toxic behavior and think there must have been some kind of mistake, but don't know what to do about it. I contacted Riot Support and they explained that they banned me for 2 weeks as a warning for my toxicity before permanently banning me. This however, was not the case as the only punishment I received prior to my permanent ban was a chat restriction accompanied by a loot restriction which only lasted about a day or two due to consecutive matches with good behavior. Now, I'd like to point out that around this time my account was hacked wherein someone played matches on my account without my permission or knowledge, used a legendary anivia skin shard I had as a rental, and changed my masteries. I quickly resolved this issue by contacting support and changing my password. I do not know what the hacker in question did in game or what he/she said though. I will admit that I was toxic in at least 3 matches, but I find it very strange that this merits a permanent ban. I admit that what I did was wrong and that it will never happen again regardless of the outcome here because I was just having a bad couple of days and I disapprove of toxic behavior in general. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be given the chance to prove myself because support is telling me that my suspension will not be reduced or removed. I would greatly appreciate it if Riot took a closer look at my situation because I think there must have been a mistake. I would have hoped to at the very least receive a warning of sorts before being permanently banned and think that a warning would have immediately helped me. I love playing the game and hate to be forced out of the community for isolated mistakes or due to what some hacker did. Can someone please tell me what I should do from here?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I know I will probably just be dismissed as some toxic player who doesn't deserve a chance, but at least I will have tried. I'd also like to thank Riot regardless of what happens, because in the end they provided me with hours of fun and entertainment and allowed me to make a great deal of friends I wouldn't have otherwise even if it was short-lived.

its possible to skip punishment tier if the chat is toxic enough.

That being said, the fraud dept and the behavioral dept don't work together. So what you need is to send in a ticket, reference that you were hacked (by telling them your other ticket number) and wish to be forwarded to the behavioral department for another review of the punishment.

While we don't have all the information in front of us, if what you said is true then they'll remove the punishments done from the hacker.

However, keep in mind that Riot does have all the information infront of them, including when you were hacked, who said what and when it was said. So if you are hiding information or lying, then you might as well not bother as they won't revert that permaban. Infact, you'd just be clogging up the system and wasting everyone's time.

They may hold you responsible for the actions the other person took while your account was compromised, because you're responsible for keeping your account secure so that people don't do that.

The only thing you can do is continue talks with Player Support through your ticket. Be patient, understanding, and respectful when doing so or you will likely be shut down. Here is a guide to creating tickets by the Arbiter Wuks which will help you achieve the most agreeable response from Riot.

Look I had the same problem, exactly the same.. I got perma banned but Riot told me it's for the 'security' you see? Riot already knew that my Account was being used by someone else so they banned it. I contacted them and changed my password. But ofc. you have to go through some questions. Be sure that it's really not you who was toxic in that game. Good luck
