For no reason i recieved a perma banned and would like to be unbanned becase i muted all in almost all of my games after recieving a temp ban and would like to play the game in the next season and should be given the chance to play just with limited communication, giving a perma ban is a pretty disgusting thing when people can report you for being toxic even when they were the ones being rude to you from the start and you just muted them, please fix this its a pointless ban and will just lose you more fans for being less than resonable toward people who want to play the game and do on a daily basis

I completely agree. Their justice system is a piece of shit. You don't ban plays from your own community. Fuck Riot Tribunals. THey don't know how to give people chances they realize they are having. They just let you know after your first strikes. Chat restrictions aren't warnings, they are punishments. But you don't find that out until it's too late. They make their own rules in their policies, but in the real world no self-respecting company would have such atrocious behavior with people that simply have a bad mouth, not necessarily meaning they are bad people.

They have robots doing their dirty work. Then they wish you luck on finding a new game to play, which is complete disrespect after all the time you've invested in them. They think there is a "we" when they tell you this and only include you when you are purchasing RP. That's the only time they'll ever thank you. Founders' core intentions have been high jacked and created the toxic community itself. The more people get punished, the more they will commit toxicity.

the thing about the mute button is that it ensures that what other people say is made unreadable to you. it doesn't mute your side of the chat as well. post the chatlogs. there's always a reason.
