New player reform system heads into testing

I am a player from Hong Kong, I usually play in Taiwan server.I got banned for two accounts.For the first one, I have nothing to say.Because I had done some bad things.But for the second one, I just feel very sad because it got banned for just one game I being toxic.Please check for the Garena's report system.Garena doesn't care about its player.My ID in Taiwan server is 北歐貓. This system has been around for a while So long, in fact, that Lyte is no longer with Riot.

In general, it works on an intensity times frequency system. That is, if you are really toxic, it doesn't take much to catch a suspension. Likewise, acting out on a regular basis will get you in trouble. We can't provide much context, as you're on an Oceania server and these are the NA boards.

You should put in a support ticket and they will help you.
