You're threatening to report people and constantly complaining about your teammates, which contributes to a negative game environment.

This likely wasn't your first offense. If you did get a 14 without prior warning, then I would believe that you removed hate speech from these logs. That's usually what gets a two week immediately.

Otherwise, severity isn't generally linked to the length of the ban. It escalates slowly as you continue to violate the same rules. So if this is your third or fourth offense, then I would easily believe it being a 14 day simply because you have refused to reform and become a positive player. Constantly berating your team is not okay, and Riot goes to great lengths to make that clear to their players.
