Muted because my teammates are toxic

Does Riot really read the chat in games you get reported in? I have toxic teammates who blame me for them feeding and players who will troll and int and etc. I tell the other team to report them and give my reasoning and I get muted? In my most recent game I was reported in, I had a Jax who flamed me because he got caught out 100000 times top lane, a bot lane who was trolling/inting/toxic the entire game as they continued to call me toxic because I told the other team to report them. Now I muted because they reported even though if you read the chat, nothing I said deserves to make me muted. This happens ALL the time because I get Q'd with trolls/noobs (I consider refusing to listen inting because in 90% of my games people do not listen to me nor my pings and they die for it over and over and over and over again) who will flame me and blame me for them feeding and so I get reported and muted. The system is fucked if we are being honest here. It is not my fault I get Q'd with these people and there is nothing I can do about what happens. I even contacted support about this topic and they said all of you can do is control your gameplay and what you need to do better. So I suppose I will continually get banned and muted for having to deal with this toxic community even though I do nothing wrong.
