hi guys,i start playing this game at s4,and i aways try to dont flame,but for fuck sake from this season to now there are so many trolls and afk,and i just breaked down in this last game,when i had a afk yi and a troll ez that bought only boots flamed and never wanted to sur,omfg i raged so hard,i just cant take it anymore,and im afraid that riot will ban me,i spend so much money in this acc and the last thing i want to see is my acc being banned.

Please can i know what can i do? i fell like im having a fucking mental breackdown beacuse of league.

I played Kalista one game in Bronze 4. Had a troll Janna that went top at beginning of game, fed top kills then came bot and fed bot. After mentally dealing with the fact this was probably a loss because we had a feeder/troll I just kept farming under turret.

After awhile, I was so ahead of the enemy ADC despite the kills they had from Janna, we were able to turn that game around and essentially win a 4v5 even when the enemy had free kills. EVEN AS KALISTA.

You have to fight yourself mentally. You want to just scream, to flame the troll/feeder/toxic asshole. You cannot do this if you want a chance at winning. This is what they troll for, to get players worked up. Most people take it so personal that they forget it's just a game and that you can't control everyone else.

Even if it results in a loss, is it really that big of a deal? Yeah, you lose some LP or even a rank. Chances are you'll be right back there again and succeed. You will get to where your meant to be on the ranked ladder if you accept you will probably always have a 50-60% winrate at best. That's how the games designed.

/mute all and play normal's for a while its what helped me. league is actually the cause of a lot of players drinking problems and a lot of players play drunk/high so its best to just mute
