Can anything be done about players that blame everybody else for their inting

i just played a game where my Gragas toplane was crying for ganks, he got them but for him it wasn't enough so he randomly came to my botlane and started inting. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Just watch and take it in?

Nope I will probably get banned because I told him something Meanwhile people like this are still allowed to walk freely

So in situations like this I should int too and make it an inting contest? Riot is sending me mixed signals here. Wish I could decipher them.

There aren't any mixed signals, you report him for inting after the game, write a little description and you're done

You don't have to be toxic or int, that could lead to you being punished

The thing to realise is that hardly anyone you know IRL cares about the games you play, so why is it worth casting negative emotions and getting mad at someone for inting a low gold game. You should just keep your cool and report them, go next, worry about games where you can make a difference in the outcome

What is your definition of "inting"? What did he do in your lane?

I would just play with the flow, if one person decides to ruin your game, I'd do my best to ruin his. However, keep it hidden and dont do acts that could get you reported as well. Just play bad and think about what you want to do after your game.

As if being able to say whatever you want would stop someone from inting. What do you want man? The minimal punishment for inting is 14 day ban. I guess i wouldnt be against permabanning them first time, but Riot believes in second chances. Just report them and move on. Theres realistically nothing you can do to prevent people from inting. Dont focus on things beyond your control. Thats just gonna lead to misery.
