trolls in rank

I was thinking about trolls in rank. Especially in the new queue system when someone doesn't get they're primary role they'll sometimes decide to troll. I was thinking if there could be a kick vote ,like the surrender vote, to kick the troll from queue make them lose LP and wait for or be punished in some way. I don't find it fair that i have to dodge queue just cause someone has to have it they're way and ruining the whole game for everyone, especially the one who dodges. you lose either way if you dodge you have to wait and lose LP if you play with the troll everyone miserable and everyone loses LP, a lot more LP, just cause of that one person. please tell me what you all think, i'm sure some have been in this position more then they should have. Trolls will never stop just to have it they're way and they have to learn some how.

Yea... I think it's fair to just accept the fact that you have to dodge. If you don't want to, then consider playing with friends when you rank.

This would be awful. Imagine four trolls who just queue up repeatedly to report the 5th man. Lots of potentially for bullying with a system like this.

Not to mention, people using that as a threat anytime someone doesn't use an in Meta champion for their role or simply someone the rest of the team doesn't "like". This seems like something that could end up griefing just about everyone.
