Dont say ON YOUR WEBSITE that LeaverBuster low priority queues last for 5 games when im on my 7th.

On Riots website under the LeaverBuster rules it says that LeaverBuster puts you in a lower priority queue with the amount of delayed time depending on the severity of your punishment. But it DOES say that LeaverBuster lasts for 5 games. The priority timers vary from 5, 10 up to 20 minutes. So why am i on my 7TH GAME STRAIGHT WHERE I HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES JUST FOR THE QUEUE TO START ALL BECAUSE MY LEAGUE CLIENT CRASHED IN THE MIDDLE OF TWO GAMES. YEA THATS RIGHT, I HAVE WHAT LOOKS LIKE AN INSTA 20 MINUTE DELAY ON ALL MY GAMES BECAUSE OF RIOTS CLIENT CRASHING. Good Job. Ive spent 5-700 dollars on this game on skins and other things. see if i spend another penny now that i know you reward loyalty by banning people for things completely out of their control.

OP.gg is showing you with a leave 3 games ago (yesterday). Are there more games played not showing on op.gg yet?

That's an issue with the client, try filing a support ticket. It happens to all of us π_π

I did a quick search on your stats in OP.GG: Turbo SwaG It seems that you have beeng playing ranked games, so I'm assuming that you got a leaverbuster penalty for leaving a ranked game.

Here's the thing that you missed: LeaverBuster FAQ

##I JUST DISCONNECTED FROM TWO GAMES! AM I GOING TO GET BANNED? No, your account will not be banned. However, it is possible to be punished for leaving just 1-2 games. Players who leave games will be placed in a low priority queue and will be required to play 5 matchmade games without leaving before exiting low priority queue.

Note: Leaving ranked games is considered more severe than leaving normal games.

You missed the "Note:" section. If you leave a ranked game the penatly is more severe.

On top of that, the problem with your client might not be Riot's problem. I rarely had any issues with the client. I received a bugsplat a total of ~8 times, during 4 years. Maybe the problem is in your end.

You do know the client crashing may be an issue on your end, not Riot's, right?
