Permanently Banned?

I do know that i am a toxic player. I realized this and ive tried to cope with it. Ive been chat restricted and suspended several times. But sometimes im am not. I will get reported for no reason! Even after reading the chat logs you guys send me i still see nothing. What am i suppose to do about summoners abusing the report system. I just got banned and reported, for a reason i have no idea. I read the chat logs and see nothing toxic. So i get banned just because someone sends me a report because they just feel like it? This isnt fair, AT ALL.

Ok, you're only Permanently banned mostly... you can create a new account since your'e only toxic sometimes... Multiple Chat Restrictions should've been a major clue... suspended for two weeks another clue. Good luck on the new account.

What do i do when theres a troll... Feeding, being toxic ruining the game, and 2 people refuse to vote yes or not vote at all to surrender. I cant afk cuz i get banned. I cant flame them because i get banned. What am i to do? Nothing.. there is nothing i can do but suffer...honestly.
