ITS SO STUPID THAT ITS ALWAYS PEOPLE DEFENDING THEMSELVES AGAINST TOXIC PREMADES BUT THAT 1 IS ALWAYS BANNED BECAUSE ITS 4 REPORTS ON THE SAME PERSON. IGNORE THE HELL OUT OF THE 1 PERSON REPORTING 4 PEOPLE. I MEAN THATS JUST 1 REPORT AFTER ALL. STUPID. FORGET REWORKING OTHER STUFF UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT A REAL AND DECENT WAY TO PUNISH THOSE THAT NEED IT.

  1. Once a player gets one report, any reports after that do nothing. It takes one report to review a game, and the game is reviewed the same whether it's one or nine reports against them. If the player did nothing wrong, they won't get punished.

  2. There is no concept of "defending yourself" as two things are true:

There is no harm against which you are defending - it's a video game, not anything that will harm you if you don't "defend" yourself.

Your "defense" will not stop people from flaming, stop them from trolling, or stop them from feeding.

As such, you aren't "defending" anything, you're just flaming them back.

If you've been punished and want to discuss it, please post your chat logs.

Any report triggers a review of the player. 4 reports or even 9 reports trigger the same review.

Defend yourself with mute and report.

The other people are not ignored. If you reported them, that game will be reviewed. If found to be toxic, it will add a mark to their behavioral history.

If their behavioral history passes a certain number of marks within a certain number of games, they will get punished.

You'll only get a punishment notification when the game you reported them punished them. If they played more games after, you'll never get to know.
