THIS IS THE COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL REPORT TICKET I SUBMITTED BECAUSE I LEFT THE POST GAME LOBBY TOO FAST BEFORE REALIZING I FORGOT TO REPORT OUR 15 MINUTE AFK TEAMMATE. I MOVED THE SUPPORT TICKET TITLE BELOW. THE ONLY REASON FOR ME SHARING AND POSTING THIS HERE IS IM TAKING THE ADVICE THE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER GAVE ME AND IN ATTEMPT TO RAISE AWARENESS IN OUR COMMUNITY IN HOPES WE CAN LEARN FROM EACH OTHER.

Original Title I left post-game lobby and only remembered after clicking "find queue" I had forgotten to submit a report

It wasn't apparent this player had connection issues or disconnected. I believe he literally sat in fountain "appearing" to be 'DC' by never moving/purchasing items, because we were never given a chance to remake (due to a summoner being disconnected) at 3 minutes in our ranked solo queue match. I entered the forfeit command into chat but the server responded back with it being to early in the game to forfeit.

I meant to report this in the client but from force of habit, clicked 'play again' to quickly. The summoners name is "Shelby67Air" on NA server. Only 52 days into this year, 2019 has already become the worst experience for me yet since season 3, simply due to how much impact each summoner carries onto the battlefield, forming the 5 man team. I wish it weren't so, but the League community is very depressing, especially when one is a team player and relies on teamwork to win matches & climb ranked. What is more painful, however, is the lack of progress made and time essentially wasted, when so much effort is exhausted due to placements amidst lesser skilled players, who: -dont understand the difference between 'helpful vs spam' pinging & 'encouraging vs toxic' communication -afk in fountain for the entirety of a match -intentionally feed his/her opposing laner -fail/refuse to recognize a mistake by creating strife/confusion amongst his/her teammates (just to voice a few). For every win, there always seems to be equal/greater loss to follow up.

The behavior is much worse this year already (on the summoners level I feel like). Players like this consume every bit of life, enjoyment and fun out this game. I'm thoroughly disgusted by it, so much so, I'm beginning to wonder if its worth my time anymore. Cannot even simply/mindlessly enjoy it if I tried... I'm sorry about how this turned into venting from starting out as a 'Intentional Afk' report . I also want to request that loss be forgiven from that match; the other summoners were of the same mind. The attached screenshots is to reference which match it is.
