I just got banned for 25 games and if I recall correctly I am not the one making fun of the other or telling them something like I hope you get a nice family and they all get cancer and die in front of you. Riot you should read all the conversations before taking this kind of decisions. smh.

Deep Terror Nami4 votesA case is built up against you as players report you in your matches, and once your case is large enough the system goes and verifies the reports and issues a punishment if enough are found valid. You should have received a Reform Card in the client and your email which gives 1-3 games of your chat logs as examples of what resulted in your punishment.

I am waiting for my logs, and I hope they include all the conversation and not only what I say -- reminding that those are always back and forth conversations, not me being toxic and them ignoring / muting -- and I end up being the one affected because they are playing with friends who by definition side up against you

They are held accountable for their own actions, just as you are held for yours alone. It's Riot's job to deal with them, and player attempts at vigilante justice serves no justice and only causes more problems.

Are you implying that there is simply more toxicity directed towards you than at them, or that their reports hurt you more? If it's one or four, just mute and report them. Punishment is calculated per match not per report, so it doesn't matter how many people report who.
Daaneskjold1 votesI am implying that this system needs to be improved. I understand that there is no need for toxicity however, those are 2 way roads, and in situations like this I feel this is undeserved, or should be extensive to all the participants of the conversation.
