Ridiculous Permanent ban without warnings.

So Today, 3/20/16, My account was perma banned because of my toxic behavior. Ive been playing on this account for the past 5 years and I have never been banned this hard for being toxic. I was barely toxic and it was only because I wanted to win the game. I can make you guys review my chat log and prove to you that I am not toxic. Even If you do see me as being toxic in these 2 games, I was not given any warnings prior to the suspension. I believe I should at least be suspended 14 days or something but not permanently banned. Ive been playing for so long and I dont know what to do. So here are my chat logs.

Punishments ARE your warnings, and just because you got punished one game doesn't mean other toxic people will. They may not have racked up enough reports yet, but you have. You don't just get a perma ban out of nowhere, in fact, I've heard an actual Rioter looks over all your reports and permanently bans you, not the system. If you've been busted for toxicity enough times you get permanently banned, because if you didn't learn to behave all those other times, you won't in the future.

I'm a little confused because you said that you "have never been banned this hard for being toxic". Which implies that you have been banned for it but you go on to say that you never got any warnings.

So have you ever been punished before? If so, how many times and when were they?

What do you mean you were given no warnings? As in, you hadn't had a 2 week ban (or chat restriction) before this? Because that counts as a warning, yes.

i think you got perma banned for quoting the lee sin. you should send that in, saying those wards are perma ban (even if they were quoted it registers it as you saying it)

also you said you're quitting the game cause it's boring... so now you have the opportunity :)

Has anyone else been perma banned after not playing for almost a year without a previous warning or ban? (Continued to not play for about another 9 months before starting to play with some friends again) Regularly took long breaks.

Not gonna lie, read the whole thing and nothing really seemed over the line. Sure he did talk a bit of smack, but it was such a small amount over two fat chat logs I wouldn't have cared. But chances are, he is lying about never having been punished before and is hiding some other stuff.
