Ridiculous Permanent ban without warnings.

So Today, 3/20/16, My account was perma banned because of my toxic behavior. Ive been playing on this account for the past 5 years and I have never been banned this hard for being toxic. I was barely toxic and it was only because I wanted to win the game. I can make you guys review my chat log and prove to you that I am not toxic. Even If you do see me as being toxic in these 2 games, I was not given any warnings prior to the suspension. I believe I should at least be suspended 14 days or something but not permanently banned. Ive been playing for so long and I dont know what to do. So here are my chat logs.

Punishments ARE your warnings, and just because you got punished one game doesn't mean other toxic people will. They may not have racked up enough reports yet, but you have. You don't just get a perma ban out of nowhere, in fact, I've heard an actual Rioter looks over all your reports and permanently bans you, not the system. If you've been busted for toxicity enough times you get permanently banned, because if you didn't learn to behave all those other times, you won't in the future.

Although he didn't say how long ago he was banned, if he wasn't getting consistently reported since then the system would have counted him as reformed and put him back at the first out of 4 steps.

Thats what a lot of people who come here don't get. You don't get banned for no reason, none of us here are stupid. You don't get perma'd unless you've ignored all your warnings and did not make any attempt to reform. Ir's never a mistake.

I got leaverbusted during Bilgewater when the new HUD was glitching and causing some people to dc from all their games. I got leaverbusted 2 more times after that for only leaving about 2 games (both times). I learned that i was on the radar and needed to be more careful about when i play.

I'm off the radar now and haven't left a game in a very long time (most of the time, i left because something came up and i didn't realize i wouldn't have enough time to play. the other times were crashes). I'm more careful about my timing and when i play. I learned from it and haven't gotten busted again.

Point is, if you learn from your punishment, it won't happen again and eventually you'll be off the radar. A lot of the perma banned kids here don't get that and think its Riot being a bunch of meanie bo' beanies banning them for no reason, so they act like they did nothing wrong and its all a mistake. It gets old after a while

false reports will still cause you to get flagged and once your flagged it doesn't matter how good or bad you are any slips after your flagged by the system and your boned people like the op dont get that and my friend again not the op and who quit a year ago behaved for his chat restrictions at first only to get more and more so he said fuck it i cant figure it out and they jsut keep increasing this is the 3rd time ill jsut get the perma ban.

it was as sch it was a new account or uninstall which is way over the top i dont care what you think about people like the op you have to factor the reality of you want them to improve not become paranoid. lytes set it in such a way people are more likely to become paranoid and less like to actually improve.

if you could see him now vs a year ago right after he quit this game hes very easily a better peson

The system is set up so false reports don't get you punished, and if they do you can probably ticket it. When reported it looks for certain words and language use in your game. So if you say nothing and get reported, if it can't find language use in your game it won't harm you. I've been playing for a while, I've probably been reported by a lot of salty people. Do I speak in games? Yes, but I don't curse and I am by toxic. I have no doubts I have been reported but I have never been punished because I am not toxic.

I doubt every one of his reports were false reports, and false reports don't get you flagged because the system is set up so it can recognize false reports easier from real ones. I doubt he got banned and punished all because of a fake report.

I'm a little confused because you said that you "have never been banned this hard for being toxic". Which implies that you have been banned for it but you go on to say that you never got any warnings.

So have you ever been punished before? If so, how many times and when were they?

Ive been banned before, but for leaving game because of personal reasons. Thats not the point, the point is that there were other people calling me names and everything at first, and I dont understand how they didn't get a punishment.

What punishment you receive is determined by 2 things: Severity, behavior history(specifically how many times you have been punished).

What anyone else said or did has no bearing on your case. You also wouldn't know if they were punished in most cases, but even if they weren't, it still has nothing to do with your punishment.

So you have never been chat restricted or banned for anything other than leaving?

Yes I have been been chat restricted. But I mean look at my chat logs... I didn't even go as far as some people do when they get mad. I wasn't being an asshole. I dont understand how I get banned for just 1 day of this.. I was very clean and non toxic for basically 2 whole years before this..

So you have had previous punishments. What about a 14 day ban?

I am looking at them, and it's pretty bad. The harshness of your word choice is pretty low but that is some pretty extreme negativity towards your team including plenty of insults, especially in game 2. If you don't think that is being an asshole, I am curious what you define as being an asshole.

It doesn't matter how bad other people are. You aren't compared to how bad people are, you are compared to community standards. You don't let thieves go free because murders exist.

But its not fair that I get perma banned just because I was a little toxic for one day. The comments I made were only a few bad ones... I deeply regret those, but I am not really like this on a daily basis. I hardly rage at people like today and its only to win the game sometimes because its hard when people dont listen to me during the game.

You really should probably stop saying that is you were just trying to win the game. For one, you trying to win doesn't change anything. But really almost nothing you said in either of those games was even remotely conducive to trying to win. These logs MUCH more closely resemble someone who doesn't care at all about winning.

I think I should be treating people like that very often... in order for a permanent ban. I was clean for 2 years... and its just unfair that I suddenly get banned for being a little mad at teamates for 2 games.
It wasn't even that bad either... what I said... Theres far worse things people can say and I know you've seen the harsh comments that other players can throw at each other while in the game.

ive seen screen shots a buddy of my whos quit a year ago saved there is regular prof of people who are horribly toxic with no chat never getting banned with 30 games of straight feeding

people have bought lyte hook line and sinker any one who disagrees my self included in the very near future are horribly destroyed by "public opinion" which is a load of bullshit since me and my bud "not the op" are a part of the majority just not in lol.

You didn't suddenly get banned. You had at least a chat restriction to let you know your behavior was unacceptable. You didn't really answer any of the other questions about your punishments so I dont know if there was more than that.

It is also important to note that just becuase they sent you 2 games chat logs does not mean that was the everything you did. They send 1-3 chat logs as examples no matter how many games your punishment included.

Yes, I have seen far worse things said. That doesn't matter at all. You were way out of line and I know I wouldn't want to play with you.

If you really only had 1 chat restriction you might want to submit a support ticket to see if quoting that cancer thing lead to anything.

Report threat, whether justified or not, is against the rules, and there has already been plenty, plenty of players permanently banned for it, sometimes but not always along with toxic behaviors. Anything ranging from hinting you're reporting someone to asking someone else to report someone is considered an offense, and if you've gotten away with it for five years then your opponents were simply too ignorant to report you for it, not because it was tolerable.

Okay, that isn't long enough ago then. You didn't drop down a punishment tier. You were punished for your negativity and outbursts, and your next punishment was a ban. Yea, this seems like something that you'd just get a chat restriction for, but you had already been on your last warning.

Not gonna lie, read the whole thing and nothing really seemed over the line. Sure he did talk a bit of smack, but it was such a small amount over two fat chat logs I wouldn't have cared. But chances are, he is lying about never having been punished before and is hiding some other stuff.

i think you got perma banned for quoting the lee sin. you should send that in, saying those wards are perma ban (even if they were quoted it registers it as you saying it)

also you said you're quitting the game cause it's boring... so now you have the opportunity :)

Has anyone else been perma banned after not playing for almost a year without a previous warning or ban? (Continued to not play for about another 9 months before starting to play with some friends again) Regularly took long breaks.
