Loading screen stuck at 0%, then I get dc'ed and couldn't reconnect again...

So I just opened my client as usual, got into champion select, picked my champion and when the loading screen came, my champion just stops loading at 0% and after ~30 seconds I get a message that I was disconnected from the game and that I should try again. I press reconnect and same thing, stuck at 0%. I go into a custom game after that game finishes I try to load in and it works. I go into a ranked game and boom! same problem again. I try reconnecting but nothing works. After that ranked game finishes with a remake i get a message that I got a lower priority queue cuz i was afk.

Now, I'd like to discuss something, a lot of players in 3rd world countries-or at least my country- get lower priority queues due to sudden disconnections, something that they are not to be blamed for. This really should be noticed by Riot and they really should do something about it.

And PLEASE, I don't deserve that lower priority queue, someone help!

Ps: I restarted my laptop twice, once in every game and nothing changed, I tried playing on WiFi and nothing changed too

Edit 1: I try the game in a custom game with only myself; works fine. I try it with mutiple bots; doesn't load
