Ranked Series Ending Dodging

Hi Riot,

I recently dodged a ranked game because a teammate expressed frustrations because his champion of choice was banned by another teammate. I realize the motivation behind the penalty for dodging but it is unduly harsh. The reason I dodged is because I did not want to spend 20 minutes of my life watching this teammate feed (he made it clear he would and locked in Blitzcrank mid).

I am a college student with limited time to play lol and wish to continue but I get discouraged when I work hard to earn a series and then my series gets taken away because my time is valuable.

I suggest counting dodge's as one loss during a series. This would properly disincentive but would allow for players to avoid tilted players.
