So i received this message while i was in game. Should this be bannable?

It's impersonating a Riot employee. A bannable offense.
I got this exact same message.....
You would have to be one gullible person to believe riot would send you a message that your account is suspended.
This message is gonna go everywhere.
Personating Riot employee, spamming. Since it was obviously from your friend I don't think he should be banned. But if anyone else was to use this that you don't know and are trying to trick you into somehow giving account info then yes.
Hey Shadow, I edited out the image link because we don't allow name & shaming here on the Boards per the Universal Rules. It might only be a joke to them, but impersonating a Riot employee is a bannable offense regardless.
It shouldnt, because if you were to be banned it would be a huge notification covering your client

Yea, No im not explaining. Because if you do it to someone it is a bannable offence.
I recieved the same message for a two week suspension from the Player Behavior System, and the game I was in champion select for wouldn't start after the message but ranked play worked just fine. The message was sent from a player on my friend's list, one I had met in a game a few months after first starting out.
i just laughed my ass off because mine mentioned the tribunal.
So i received this message while i was in game. Should this be bannable?
This just happened to me. This was not funny and i don't see how it's a joke in the first place. I've reported them. Riot can you fix this. It's been 3 weeks.
