My back to back 20 min queue ban

I finish my ban i had about 2 games left so i happy that i finally got that off me. Then i play a couple matches while im tilt but anyway, i played fiora top and my game crashed but i can hear everything the team fight happening but i couldn't see the anything but my desktop. So i close everything and i re-open the client and i finsh the match and we ended up winning but i get another 20min queue ban like can you take this off of me or let me receive a different punishment. Please read plz :( and give me something else then this 20min queue ban

It wasn't his fault I was a witness to his failure to connect. Please don't punish Donut he is my only friend that I can play league with I only have 10 more days to live I can't stand to not be able to play with him before I die

No, Riot can't, unfortunately. The technology isn't even there to do that. I'd recommend trying to figure out why your game crashes if it's a consistent problem.

The best thing you can do is find out why your client is crashing and try to correct the problem. If you'd like assistance, there are boards specifically for this purpose. The client itself has been very stable lately, and when it's not Riot will turn off LeaverBuster until it's resolved.
