Got a 14 day ban for pointing out toxic teammates. Where's the justice?

Disclaimer: I know that there are tons of these posts made on the boards, so I don't expect a lot of attention for this. Everyone says that they were banned for no reason, but I think that you'll agree with me if you hear me.

Context: Just played a normal game as Kha'Zix. My teammates were a Ryze (good teammate), an Akali (good teammate) and... our bottom lane. It was a Twitch and a Blitzcrank. Immediately they started asking for some ganks, I went down to that quadrant of the jungle but didn't end up ganking. They died, and started to spam ping me and blamed me. They died a second time, this time when I was clearing a jungle camp, and they started flaming. And when I say flaming, I mean it. Seriously, I hope riot checks those chat logs. It was pretty intense. I think many players would start arguing back, but I kept calm and tried to respond logically. I probably should have muted, but I was almost fascinated by how seemingly delusional they were. I mean, it's two people blaming someone for their deaths when that person wasn't even there. Crazy, right?

Later on the Blitzcrank and Twitch started arguing with each other, Akali and Ryze backed up me (because they were both acted irrationally) and the game ended with Twitch flaming just about everyone and then staying bot lane for the entire late game while we did teamfights. We lost the game because it was impossible to win with him intentionally trying to afk farm so he would lose.

And just for clarification, he actually blamed me for EVERYTHING. No over exaggeration, he truly blamed me for everything he did. He had low cs, blamed me. Died when I was in base, blamed me. And his one defense was that he has a higher ranked winrate (important to note: I played six ranked games this season, and he played five, so the sample size was tiny. Spent waaaay to much time trying to explain).

Well... here is what I said:

Okay let's dissect. First of all, if you notice, I was very calm at the beginning, but as it went on, I got more agitated. A smarter man than me should have muted him, but I was being a dumbass. Anyway, let's look at the worst of what I wrote.

"You'd get flame horizoned by a Bronze V Bard main" Not kind, but only a rude diss at worst. I didn't tell him to uninstall, kill himself or call him a slur. And by this point, he was 100% into his flame.

"0-8 Twitch into Ashe LMAO" Twitch was bragging about being amazing and me and Akali were correcting him, pointing out that he was 0-8 but still being condescending.

"If I wanted to see garbage I'd go to a trash dump" I'll admit this isn't very nice, but again, it's just a rude burn, not anything too extreme. Certainly not banworthy. And he was already spitting out ten times this much in chat.

"[He's] truly delusional" and "Super toxic too" So I called him delusional and toxic. That's about as vanilla as I can get when trying to communicate to this fellow.

"Because he's a terrible player and a dumbass?" Indeed, this one I regret. Not a nice thing to say, and while dumbass is fairly mild, it's rude. But AGAIN, he did the same many times over. Yes two wrongs don't make a right, but shouldn't players have more than just the mute button for self defense? It's not like other players are toddlers. If they attack you and you respond mildly rudely, is that truly bannable? I took the high road but I guess I need to take a jet plane to avoid getting banned.

I don't know if these two teammates were punished, but for me to be punished and them to get away scott free seems laughable. I know that anyone can whine on here and make it look like they're in the right, but with the whole chat posted between all five players, I am 100% sure that anyone would agree with me on who's in the right.

I wish I could send this to riot support, but the sad truth is that I likely wouldn't get a response very soon.

And just so everyone knows, I included everything I wrote. Literally everything. So I'm not hiding the juicy bits!

I'd love to get a Rioter in here for clarification. If the ban was deserved, I want to see where I went wrong. I also wish Twitch and Blitzcrank's comments would get shown, because mine lack context without them.

Apologies for the wall of text. I really hope that I get a Riot smite in here to prove my innocence or guilt.

Riot caters to real snowflakes now; this is nothing. Back in MY day, worst I'd have gotten was like a 3-game chat restriction. (Season 3 vet)

I don't agree with people getting banned for typing things in chat. However, you did break Riot's rules by harassing them back with some jabs (Like calling them delusional). Because of this, Riot will likely back up their decision and ignore you regarding the other players.

They love their bullies/instigators.

Damn that was a long debate. Hard to believe a game was even going on. Argue less and you will be fine. Don't give people the satisfaction of you taking them seriously and showing some thought towards their toxic unintelligent babble. If you ignore people like that, they just boil and you keep your account safe no matter what. (This is purely meant to help you, not to make any points on Ritos banning system)

unfortunatley there isnt much hope for you. the blitz and the twitch probably both reported you, and 2 week bans are not instant, you probably have a history of flamming in game and this was the final straw. Trust me ive been chat restricted and banned and perm banned many times, you think you are safe because you arent saying any bad words. Riot is owned by Tencent, a Chinese company, and you know how much China loves censoring its people. xD

This is a punishment worthy chat log. Although I'm not seeing anything that would automatically put you on a 14-day ban. Which means you either have logs from other games you're not showing or you've had chat restrictions before this and should have known better.

Remember the punishment system works as a tier. Each punishment moves you up the tier. You're next punishment, no matter how minor the infraction, will result in a permanent ban. You are on incredibly thin ice at this point. Take the next two weeks to really think about things and how you want to go forward.

it simply means you pissed off 1 or more people, and they reported you. Riot's system is automated so basically you have to hope people dont report you! Tips for that, is to stay quiet and not respond to chat.
