At no point has flaming someone ever made them better, certainly not in the immediate game. People have bad games, maybe they are improving, maybe you're wrong and it's just a disagreement; whatever the case, there's no reason to resort to flaming them. All you do is make the situation worse and become a new distraction to the team.

I understand you getting frustrated at a troll intentionally feeding, but similar to flaming someone that is just having a bad game, you can't improve the situation be being a nuisance! Try to focus on what you can do, and it'll be more likely that you turn the game into a victory rather than ensure you are defeated. Riot does punish intentional feeders severely, but it can be very difficult to distinguish a bad game from inting; just make sure you report the behavior so Riot can form a pattern of their behavior and punish them appropriately.
