Please add a report option for playing under the influence

I just played a game with a player who admitted to being both drunk and high on marijuana. Their reaction times were incredibly low and they face-checked bushes constantly and died for stupid reasons. Please add this as a report option and make it clear to people that they shouldn't be wasting other people's time while they are intentionally lowering their abilities as players.

I can't support this.

Those activities are, in many places, totally legal, and there is no way for Riot to confirm the validity of a report of this kind.

Legality aside, this is a game and should be treated as such. If I want to play video games drunk or otherwise fucked up, it's my right to do so.

Sucks if you lose a ranked match due to a teammate being less-than-sober, and I don't condone playing ranked in that state, but it is what it is.

People have the rights to be under the influence and be entertained at the same time. I don't personally condone it and would advise against it, but I'd never take that rights away from them. People can do whatever they want with their personal lives and shouldn't be punished for doing so. Especially for CBD medical reasons.

So no.

Chances are, those who claim to be "High" or "Drunk" are children trying to look "Cool".

That's the situation where you report for Griefing/Inting(Both together). Playing intoxicated isn't against the rules at all. Knowingly saying you're playing terrible because you're drunk, and feeding because you're high - That's reportable, due to griefing and helping the enemy team. It's a fine line, but just being intoxicated isn't reportable on it's own. Nor should it be.
