Sick of people insta-locking and claiming they're first while they're not in blind pick

I never thought it'd come this far but it has pissed me off so much and happened so often in the past weeks that I had to make this post and ask Riot if they can even do anything about this? Reporting after game seem to rarely help since these players rarely get banned or get any sort of penalty even when they are so toxic in game and have such a bad attitude from the moment you meet them in champ select.

In my case I was in a premade with my friend and decided to play blind pick cuz why not. We enter champ select, we said pre bot and then our roles in bot. (I even said support first in chat) We then realized we were put together with a premade of 3. One of them decided to be that one bad guy with no manners and said "SUPP" and insta locked with a Karma. I already locked in as Sona and my friend locked in with Jhin so we couldn't do anything about it anyway. Of course the friends of that douche had to support him with the false claim that he was first. It also wasn't that he joined the champ select later and couldn't see the chat before he joined. The messages were there for 10 seconds before he sent anything, he simply ignored them or didn't care.

Me and my friend reported him for intentional insta-locking, somewhat feeding and trolling since it was 3 bot, he stole all the farm, flashed randomly etc. He also flamed at me in German, since I'm from Belgium I speak a little German and understood he was insulting my mom, father and tons of other things.

I really hope Riot takes action because I do not tolerate such behavior so many times in a row or an X-amount in a small period of time. At least give this guy some sort of penalty and warning.

• Drop him in honor level
• Chat restriction
• Temp ban
• Any other not too severe punishment.

I don't have much proof other than a quick screenshot that we joined first, said our roles and that everyone joined the champ select. (Again I was in a hurry since the timer was running out so I took a screenshot in a hurry) I won't post this screenshot unless requested, because I'd like to conserve the privacy of my friend and those people, even though they were douchebags.

Riot can check the champ select logs and the in-game logs if they want to, the proof is all there :)
