Im banned now for more than a year,
i have learned from my mistakes. i'm very sorry.
Can i be unbanned?
ps. Being banned for trying out scripts to escape elo hell silver league ^^
permaban seems very hard for trying out some stupit scripts wich not even worked :(
but i would like to play league now again.
Riot does not unban players unless the ban is found to be in error, and scripting is not only zero-tolerance policy for gameplay reasons, but also a security risk to your computer and Riot's. It's one of the things they're strictest about, so I'm afraid I have to say you will not be unbanned, no.
Personally, I have no sympathy for players that cheat or attempt to cheat in a competitive multiplayer game.
If you learned from your mistakes don't attempt to cheat again and you'll not get banned for it on any new account you create. Make sure all forms of cheating software are purged from your computer before you start playing again.
Just buy a better account instead of better scripts. It skips the middle man.
You attempted to cheat. It doesn't matter if it was successful or not.

Unfortunately it is like Djinn said. You committed an error in judgement and used scripts when you're probably more than capable of escaping an elo where you can't escape. You knew this going into it because like most popular games cheating is a zero-tolerance policy. I'm not trying to sound mean or anything when i'm saying this. However i do have good news! You can now make an account and get to level 30 quicker than ever due to lower level experience curve to get you back into ranked!
I, completly understand, but instant perma ban? for just trying it out. it sounds crazy, but im not like most people saying 'my brother used scripts on my account, or my account was hacked and they used scripts on it. I did tried it out and im am sorry. Riot. its stupit to do. a 1 year ban would be enough. people learn, and people kill and who just killed someone get 4 years, 2 if u do good behaviour. so perma ban for trying out scripts. Please is there a way? i do realy want to play again on this account. it wont happen again. why would i? unban, and if i get 1 strike anyway like chat ban or something then perma ban me. but please it's being active since season 2.
I appreciate the fact that you're apologetic, but dude there's no way you're getting your account back and for good reason. NEVER use scripts, arguing by stating "But they didn't even work" is only making you more guilty. You agreed to the terms and obligations, so you got to play by the rules.
