Unfair ban

I got a ban for the reason of using scrips/hacks,etc. I know all of you start saying you get what you deserve. But the truth is i never used this kind of programs. I have a job from 8-17 and sometimes i join lol to play few arams, sometimes in the weekend i play 1 or 2 ranked games. I am not an amazing player i've been playing for like 4 or 5 years already, beeing social and making friends to play with. I opened a ticket and all they are saying is my account was investigated and they will not withdraw the decision, ofc they wont give me any prove to that. How can i prove them i am clean and get my hard worked account back? Sorry for my bad english and thank you for making time to read this!

I mean if they already checked your account and still found something fishy about your account there is nothing you can do/say unless there is a way you can prove you didn't cheat. I mean anyone can run a program and then delete this claiming they never had it. Did your account ever get compromised or did you ever give someone your info?

I am sorry,but....i do not believe u...Befor banning somebody,RIOT checks ip and all.I have been playing for 3 years and i have never got any kind of ban.I swear,i have seen many scripters,which sweared to god,that they dont script.I seen riven with talon skills,tristana with 5 thunderlords at 1 time,lux with teleport of bard and a dmg of 1 hit ult at level 6.

If what you're saying is true, you are one unlucky bastard. It's possible that your computer got infected by some virus. Or maybe you played on a computer that wasn't yours? Perhaps a friend's computer?

Same thing happened to me. Got banned out of nowhere and never cheated or modified anything. I'm almost 3 days into trying to get something to happen and on my second ticket now. It seems hopeless but I'm just going to keep trying.

There is nothing you can do, because Riot is a lazy dev that uses automation to perma ban ppl. What you can do is never spend another dime on this game.

Anybody who is telling you that you deserved this is wrong. You were caught in a ban wave, if you look on the boards this is happening to a bunch of people. You need to tell the support team that you haven't done anything wrong and hope you can actually get it reversed. It'll take time though. If you want more support or info, look through the boards and find more people who have had this issue

I just found out i was banned (banned for a week apparently) and I sent a ticket last night. I have no idea what I did and I'm trying to figure out what could cause the files to be modified. I did nothing with the files other than change the item set files. The only time I messed with the client was when I switched to the alpha client. Just looking through all the cases it seems really unlikely they'll waiver the given how people can try to gain their system.... I even live in a dorm if they check my IP of some sort. In game I haven't added anything so it seems so weird to me that that is their claim. I will put on the ticket what programs could be the culprit but without knowing how long they've been checking I can't tell them which program may have effected the files without me knowing. Best of luck to you too though.
