i wanna ask i got my suspesnsion for abuse but what about the other player who was trolling me and insulting me ? Yes i forgot a smite for jungling but i did my job and helped however i can? now tell me am i the only one who was banned or not ? cuz this isnt fair if im the only one the other player did troll in chat twice the writing i did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is a saying that the one who reported me flamed not me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT SOMEONE TO ANSWER IS IT FAIR ?

Riot holds you responsible for your own actions. If you are getting flamed, you should mute, report, and move on. You aren't banned because someone flamed you, you are banned because you retaliated.

As for the other player, there are a few possibilities.

They were banned, or chat restricted, or otherwise punished for their actions
They weren't actually as negative as you think they were, and thus weren't banned
They were negative, but it was their first offense, or maybe the system just didn't catch them this time

Try to remember your time in Kindergarden or elementary school ... When did the excuse "He started first" ever work? It never worked back then, and it certainly won't work now.

You flamed. The reason why you flamed is irrelevant. YOU flamed. YOU got punished. That is fair.

You could have muted and reported the flamer, you chose to break the rules yourself. Now deal with it

Think of the behavioral system like a bucket.

Every game you are validly reported, you add some red paint into the bucket. No toxicity is white paint. Every game you play changes the color inside the bucket.

When you hit a certain concentration of red, you will be punished.

If others didn't get punished, it just means that they don't have enough red in their bucket yet, but if they flamed in that game, it will certainly add more red paint into their bucket.
