How to get out of honor 0?

I got suspended sometime last year (can't remember how long ago) and I haven't been gaining any honor since. Since then I have been getting my toxicity together and been NEARLY tilt proof for a few months. Its really frustrating however that I can't earn any keys to open up the ever increasing amount of chests I have been getting. I don't know what to do! I have been playing the best I have in a while, got many honors from teammates and honoring others, and very rarely showing any toxicity. Its been so frustrating it makes me want to quit all together as the chest system brought me back to the game to begin with. What do I need to do to get out of honor 0?! It seems like it is impossible right now and I need some help on what is going on with my account. PLEASE HELP!

Be aware that if you're still being validly reported for toxicity/..., even if it's not enough to punish you again it can impact your honor progress up to virtually no progress being made.

Maybe you're sometimes saying bad stuff that you don't consider to be toxicity/harassment and so on, maybe even without realizing it, but if it's really been like half a year and you're not gaining any honor i guess that's why.

Don't flame or int. Keep playing and eventually you will get out. It took me a while to get from honnor 4 to honnor 5. Infact I've played like 30 games and still honnor 2 and I get honnored all the time.

The best way to get out is to play consistently and to keep on complimenting your team in chat no matter what and to end each game with a ggwp no in game trash talk flame or bm in the chat all you can do is dance on them and you should be making it out, it isn't fun but it's what you gotta do

I had a 2 week ban around 2 months ago and am now checkpoint 3 towards honor 1, if that helps :)
