Suspended for 3rd party use or botting when I was clearly playing with my friends?

I have submited a ticket but was wondering if anyone could help me. I honestly have no idea how to deal with this or get my account back. Is it even possible to get an account back when this happens? Any help is appreciated! (and you can look my account up apparently the offence was Sunday February 21 2016 although it is a bit unclear)
