Riot's 3rd party application detection glitched.

Got banned for using 3rd party application ''to have an unfair advantage''. Talked with support and they keep saying the same things. Gotta love bots. I keep telling them that I've never used hacks, scripts or any application (skins, timers etc.) but they don't believe me and keep trying to silence me. There detection system is obviously glitched. I have put a a lot of time and money on my account, i only play with friends and haven't really touched ranked in a long time. I've given them all the proof they need but they still don't want to unban me. I swear that I've never done anything bad in league whatsoever. I need help. Anyone?
