Since the disbandment of the best thing about league of legends, the tribunal, which is now replaced solely by robots; there have been increasingly more and more extremely toxic individuals. namely so called "smurfs" these individuals have numerous accounts pinging off a single ip address and are pretty easy to identify (if you can tell what rank unranked people should be placed in for their first placement i know full and well you can identify these people.) namely "Ree Sin Prayer" from a recent promotion match from gold 1 to plat 5, participated in my game and promptly announced his status as the best in the game. subsequently he decided post start of the match that he was so good in fact that he would take whatever lane he wanted, so he did. this is tolerable however very frustrating as a player in series. please put your heads together at rito headquarters and figure out how to weed these people out. i have played from bronze to diamond in ranked normals and all maps and this player and this mantra of player is consistent. until these players are addressed your user base will continue to lose veteran players and go only to new accounts which guess what are these so called "smurf" accounts.

The current automated system has so far been more accurate and much more prompt in handing out punishments.

Smurfing has never been against the rules. It's shitty when you get them in your game, I agree. But Riot has never taken a stance against having multiple accounts.

Ideally they'll quickly be placed with people of their skill level within a few dozen games (or at least placed with a group that pounds their face in). But matchmaking in a team-based game is bound to be inaccurate quite a lot.

I'd advise you to remove the name of the player in question since naming other people is against the forum's rules.
