Could someone get banned for spam pinging?

I used to be a toxic player, but how i disabled my enter key to prevent any typing/flaming and its going pretty well. The only thing i do thats anything remotely toxic, is that i tend to spam ping, but heres the catch. I only spam ping when its only a toxic person flaming me or a teammate, and i was just wondering if i can get banned. [draven-pose]
