So I got 14 days ban, yes, I deserve it, I was really toxic, but what I want to know ,its that .. If I will use the chat, I will get banned? I mean, I will not be toxic anymore because it's not worth it and I will lose all my money I spent in the game , I just want to know this, I can get perma banned just for using the chat again? Thanks

depends HOW you use it
basically say NOTHING offensive! dont harass, dont insult, dont "open mid", dont flame, dont threaten to afk or int, dont slur, dont spam, dont ask for reports and dont mention muting. you should be ok if you keep it simple, minimal and non inflamatory
Honestly just lighten up your mood, that's all it takes man. You can chat, just make it more friendly.
This is the thinnest ice you can be on, you are limited to the following:
Only words you should say are: Thank you, Nice try and well played. Mute all enemy team to prevent you from any possible tilt talking from or to the enemy. Talking to the enemy has not helped in any case.
Muting your team works huge and helps your own gameplay as you 're not focused on chat and just gameplay. ^this can also be interpreted as not communicating with the team but much less dangerous. At least until you can control your inner alpha Tyler1 =p
At this point, you are pretty much on a life sentence with a possibility of parole only good behavior will grant you freedom.
If you are ever looking to be maxed honor on an account I suggest making a new one it is not easy for convicted league felons to gain honor role XD
Are you sure you really know what it means to be toxic? Using chat doesn't mean you get permabanned. Being toxic means you will get permabanned.
If you are afraid to use the chat function, that probably means you are unsure if what you say is toxic and you don't want to risk getting permabanned.
Try reading through a bunch of the threads and see if you can discern a pattern of what people consider excessive negativity, the various 0 tolerance words/phrases/acronyms, flaming/harassment, etc...
Most of the time, when I see people post chat logs and say "I didn't do anything wrong," they get destroyed by the forum and reds and the OP just constantly disagrees that what they said was toxic.
Protip: use smiley faces and never talk again. Or mute always, but that doesnt always work.

Mute all and don't bother responding should they spam ping you. Ping mute as well.
You won't be banned for chatting, just don't get toxic and you're good.
You got 14 day banned. It's fair to conclude that game pressure gets to you and access to chat sets you up to fail. Take the proactive step and just mute all every game, while focusing improving your map awareness.
Otherwise risk repeating past mistakes and a future perma
If you use chat to verbally abuse and harass other players (basically things that are negative and don't contribute to the game in any way) then yes you can be banned for that. If you use chat for neutral or positive things such as gameplay tactics and friendly banter then no you can't be banned for that. In the future I would strongly recommend just muting the problem players when they appear so that you aren't tempted to retaliate back at them.
same got a 14 day ban for using a homosexual slur. i was toxic af like to the point of insanity and tbh i regret it but i cant do anything about it if riot really thinks 14 days a reasonable time just move on for the next 14 days and play some better game. League is already full of innocent looking sharks that are trying to fish words out of ppl and theres nothing we can do becasue riot just overlooks those that are toxic even when they havent been reported. in conclusion dont take it too deep for getting banned because theres always a better and more balanced game to play. :)))
