I know I broke the summoner's code...

I know I lost it in my last game I played and was not very friendly. I play a lot of games and usually try to be encouraging and positive. I'm not perfect like others, and do get frustrated/tilted at times. I admit I did that when I got reported for my last game.

I was just wondering why I jumped to a two week suspension. I understand I was a little harsh in my chat, although I haven't been chat restricted for some time now and it was only a 10 game chat-restriction. That at least seems like 500+ games ago. I know it does not make it okay to flame someone, but I have been trying to do better since I got that. I feel like skipping the 25 chat-restrictions is a bit harsh. Was wondering if you could take a look into it an just provide a little more insight. Thank you.

Yes. I received a two week suspension as well. keep in mind, Ive never had a chat restriction on this account, ever. seeing them just escalate it to a two week suspension like that is REALLY harsh. I get that theyre trying to clean up the toxicity in the community, but come on, thats like totally uncalled for. what I think they should do is for the first offense issue a 24 hour suspension and a chat restriction for 10 matches. any sane person would realise they are serious about it at that point.

it depends on what you say. if you call someone a fa🅱🅱ot 10 times, you're probably getting 14day susp. if you just say "you're garbage, please never q ranked again and just uninstall" you.. actually wont get anything unless the person you said it to is a sensitive little SJW. but you know what i mean

If you want assistance in this matter, posting your unedited chatlogs (without commentary) would be the next step.
