i start live chat with riot and i'm told "well we aren't singling you out but your words were very offensive, we won't reverse this"

4 tiers of punishment:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14-day ban
  4. Permaban

For you to have punished by these logs, you would have had a 25 game chat restriction.

Keep in mind your next punishment will be a permaban.

You weren't banned for 14-days for that chat, you were penalized for that chat. You went through 2 other penalties that can be reduced at any time if you weren't so negative. Instead, you were consistently negative that it led you to get to your 3rd tier penalty. The next one will be your last.

The first 3 lines of text are ban worthy. If you did this even 2 times in the last 100 games, 2% of your games include toxicity by your part. That's unacceptable.
