I don't know what it takes to get a Honor Crest but i have 283 teamwork's and 199 Honorable Opponents which are my most notable ones I've probably been reported before but it never tells me if I have and does it really affect it that much like honestly what does it take to get one of theses T_T 
You have to get them across a high percentage of your games. Playing 50 games and getting 50 honors is better than playing 100 games and getting 50 honors. I don't know any exact numbers, you'll just have to get them more regularly rather than going for a total.
Look it up on YouTube. Someone did a really good explanation of how it works. It's a points system.
Just make sure you earn them and not have your friends pile them on you. Lately, I've seen a lot of the "great teammate" and "honorable player" badges and the players with them, in my opinion, are not worthy of them just by their actions alone.
generally the people I see with them play 100's if not more in bot games or play alot of aram matches. Alot aren't "good players" though they just somehow managed to get it leveling up to 30.
The higher up in levels though the less people want to honor, they don't want anything to do with you, but to try again where respect and admiration should be desired is replaced by loathing and self pity its kinda sad.
I think your on the right track though, with as a jungler the amount of play making you have whether influencing your team mates or the enemy jungler by how good you played and counter jungled. Even though you may lose or may not of been the one to carry the game, thank your team mates and tell them they were amazing call them best riven na if you really want to rub it in, but it will get you one step closer to that ribbon
I have 1296 friendlies and 341 teamworks, and I haven't even had my yellow ribbon that long. Few months or so and I even lost it once and it magically came back. So yeah it can take a lot with how the points work behind the actual upvotes lol.
