The prior chat ban that you mention... was it a 10 game chat restriction, a 25 game chat restriction, or a 14 day ban? There isn't actually a "chat ban" punishment. If it was a 14 day suspension, and you had this match, then sadly it would bump you into a permaban as continued toxicity after a recent suspension. But if it was just a chat restriction, then no, this should not have given you a permanent suspension. There's some arguing and negativity, but if these are the full logs, it's really not bad enough on its own to raise you from a chat restriction to a permanent suspension. If your prior was a chat restriction, then you should send in a ticket to Player Support asking them to look into your account, and see why it was escalated up to a permanent suspension. They will be more than willing to help you out and let you know what happened.
From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:
PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:
- First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
- Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
- Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
- Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension
However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.
Ordinarily, it takes something like hate speech, telling players to harm themselves, or death wishes to bump an account directly up to a 14 day suspension. But copious amounts of it can have an account immediately permabanned as well.
