So my main account has been permanently banned because of salty little 12 year olds. I had both hextech annie, and soulreaver vayne after spending 400+ bucks on crates. I know that i should have /muteall before everyone game, but the fact they will not transfer any of your skins or rp is such a rip off its not even funny. They know you will create another free account and have no choice but to buy rp SMH

Money spent on game is meaningless to everyone aside from you anything purchased on an account is bound to the account(same with loot boxes)
If I remember correctly, you don't own anything you buy in game, basically. You are buying permissions to use THEIR artwork and additional textures for in-game use. So when you break THEIR rules on THEIR game, you lose the privilege to use THEIR property.
Its the same for most games though, like in CSGO, if you get banned from the game, you cant send your skins from that account to a new one. Otherwise people wouldn't adjust their behaviors ever. Hell, thats one reason why I reformed after getting a 25 game chat restriction... If I lost this account I'd be bummed af, nearly 6 years worth of stuff on it.
How did salty little 12 year olds ban you? Did they hack your account? I would open a support ticket explaining how they banned you.
If you can act like an adult, you'll never have your account permabanned.
Terms of service says they can suspend you for any reason.
