My account (Sepang) was suspended due to trolls in game. I've waited 2 weeks now and just checked this morning to see if it was lifted. turns out I'm suspended for 2 more weeks now and I just logged on? Must be some mistake when I already did my 2 weeks ! Help!
That doesn't make much sense. It's possible you were given a permaban, but mistakenly received a notification for a 14 day ban. Just submit a Support Ticket and they'll help you out.
If I was given a perma ban wouldn't it tell me that I was perma banned? This was my first ban as well and it looks like this ban was put into effect 2 days ago when it kicked me off my account 2 weeks ago? maybe a glitch?

Yes, I'm toxic in game for sure, but fuck man, I'm getting so sick of these premade trolls in ranked. They troll me all damn game and I can't do shit about it because they don't say anything in chat. Just got banned for two weeks because of my negativity, (which is fair), but I dare not even think about how toxic people play this damned game. It seems like I'm the only one who's wrong, and it's really starting to piss me off. Maybe a two week ban is better off for me, maybe people won't be so self-centered by then. Yet they abuse the automated system in complete premades to get people punished because they can't take criticism. I accepted what they said to me, I listened to what they said and I try to improve, but dear god I mention a damn thing and it's verbal abuse and I get flamed.
Wow this is unreal. My team got the enemy team to report me because I was reporting our mid for intentionally feeding. And since I have all game chat the enemy team was using vulgar language against me and pretty much told me that I'm going to get suspended for being "an asshole" for reporting someone who is feeding. I didn't even use any form of vulgar language and I got banned for it because of 7 people reporting me. They need to fix that
