If you're complaining about matchmaking then I'm sure you get the concept that if you are placed with a team that plays bad, you are equally susceptible to being placed with a team that plays well. Also, you're mmr is silver 3, so don't complain about teammates, you don't need to rely on teammates to get out of silver 3.
