Boosting

Hello guys, has anyone else had been banned for boosting/getting boosted(still dont know for which one ive got banned)while having no idea what youve done, and fixed that mistake by talking with riot support? Becauseas for last few days of sending tickets and getting replys, nothing seems ok. And btw is there any way of contacting riot support any faster than sending tickets? Because as for now i still have no real understanding of the reasoning of my ban. Have a nice day.
