Only reason toxic player exist : trash players

Its simple, not everyone toxic was toxic from the beginning, they were nice and friendly player once, until they find this community are too many primary kid, trollers, afk for w/e reasons. Toxic player might not have the best mechanic or decision making but they have the awareness that they have to win a game instead of just _ucking around. If we can get rid of those trash player, there will be no toxic player anymore.

Objectivley false

Most of the toxic behavior I see is coming from the bad players

Beuhlakor5/24/2016, 5:40:42 PM10 votes

Funny.

Most of the toxic players I have met were "trash" players. Going 0/3 in lane without getting ganked, crying "open mid pls" or "im so done with this game" or 'ff at 20 pls" then proceeding to hard flame their teammates for one single mistake or remark (not even an offensive one) like "stfu you got babysitted by your jungler".

Only reason toxic player exist : people incapable of dealing with losing games

I wonder why a system that matches you with people of your skill level would match you with a trash player?

? ??

100% correct. I'm not a great player but I can hold my own when my team is in the same mindset, which is do your best and never give up. Bad players, to include trolls, feeders and AFK's cause toxicity in a team based, competitive atmosphere. Anyone who says any different is most likely one of those players. But, considering society says you can do whatever you want even if you are bad at it, it is what it is and leadership today, as bad as it is, will never do anything about it.

not trash players... trash matchmaking system... riot diserve the toxicity because they implemented it themselves

Astôlfo5/24/2016, 7:37:20 PM2 votes

Or, people could just not retaliate in such a fashion?

You are shockingly arrogant.

I'd rather have a good community full of shit players that make the game slightly easy... Than a shitty community full of decent players.

get rid of this trash game

I don't understand the logic in the perspective "I'm toxic because I'm competitive and my teammates suck." If your goal is to win, you build your teammates up, not tear them down. When's the last time you saw a pro basketball player yell, "Sink a free throw once in a while asshat!" to his teammate? Or a baseball player tell a teammate to "L2SwingNoob!" It doesn't happen because negativity causes teammates to play worse, not better. Toxic behavior is therefore contrary to the stated goal of being competitive and winning.

The only, and I mean ONLY reason truly "competitive" people would be toxic is that their self esteem is so low that they have to convince themselves they're not a fault. Unfortunately for them, there is a mountain of evidence that shows quite clearly that the rating system is pretty damn good at matching players with their correct rating.

This is probably trolling from some kid who think its funny, but sadly some probably believe this. It's always someone else's fault people can't control themselves.

That's not the only reason.

Colgate Gator5/24/2016, 8:20:13 PM1 votes

Pretty sure that's not how any of this works.

Even if the toxic person on my team isnt the one having a bad game, I feel that they are more of a liability because they will spend majority of the time typing to flame the person doing bad. At that point they might as well be considered afk.

Gimpy895/24/2016, 9:13:36 PM1 votes

The most toxic behavior comes from bad players that cant mentally accept the fact that they are bad. I have never had a good player just run down mid feeding kills and raging, but the useless 0-6 12 yr old top will every time if you ask them to stop fighting and will always think someone else is the bad player (usually the jg).

You seem like a perfect example of this. You are one of the worst players in the game objectively (B5 49%), you don't accept this and try to improve so you are toxic and blame your teammates and believe in things like elo hell (witch is proven false both mathematically and logically)

Perfect example of emotional immaturity.

I'm an average player and I'll admit to it. Do I get toxic? No. Do I accept that I have much to learn about various roles? Yes. Do I like playing all Roles? Is that a joke? I prefer ADC or Support. (Love me some ranged attackers...since this meta is all about that AP)

Will I ever accept that I'm an intermediate player? Already have. Do I feel like a noob sometimes? Of Course.

The only reason toxic players exist is because this game is very frustrating and competitive. To stay calm and collected while the pressure of winning to progress, and not make your teammates tilt slowly eats away at you, makes a strong person. The people who rage and can't handle losing are usually weak and probably have some real life issues. With that said, even if you are a very chill person, you will still get frustrated and tilt, but not yelling at your teammates and throwing a temper tantrum makes a strong person.

So in short, if you flame consistantly, you might want to change yourself and not the game.

How about that, let say i refer those toxic player were just toxic verbally and they are clearly then those really, really bad players. Ofcource there are some stupid A-H being toxic and bad the same time. Here is the dillemma: If a player got the highest damage dealt & to champion the same time, win his lane all the way going 10/0 does he have the right to be toxic if he lose due to various reason like : a terrible 4v5 team fights without him, teammates keep getting caught. He tried to explain the first place but it doesnt work?

I do insist this match system cause frustration towards some of the better player. What i see is: those trash player didn't get punish by making someone else in the game suffer they dont care about win/lose they just wanna troll the _uck out of you Imagine you are working at home and deadline is tomorrow, but your neighbor's dog keep barking, what would you do?
