you've obviously not read the new things riot has been adding regarding intentional feeders.
and saying GG WP NOOBS, is no different from saying "you suck/terrible/L2P" or "ezwin"
it helps nobody.

Yep, you won't get banned for having a bad game. You can get banned for being rude to your teammates.
You will never get banned for saying just ggwp noobs, i doubt even a chat restriction, you clearly said worse things then that.
