Positivity and saying nice things in the post game lobby.

I'd like to start by saying, yes there is prevalent toxicity in this game. But every once in a while you come across great games with great people who like to have fun. You experience them, as a human. You actually leave that game smiling. Can we somehow integrate a way to write positive comments about people in the post game lobby through the honor system? I imagine it would be neat and efficacious in conditioning good behavior from fellow summoners. It would also make somebody's day to receive compliments. Just a thought I had! -Smackin Necks
