We should be able to report during lobby

Hi, just had someone proudly calling me n***er plenty of time and he knew you can't have access to lobby chat logs, so i took some pictures for you to permaban him (sorry, should have screenshotted lol). Also idk how to post pics directly, sorry.

P.S. he also saw me hovering vel'koz (and my summoner name... couldn't be more clear) and banned him on the spot. I didnt get mad or anything but its pretty annoying. He also ended the game 7/15...

I seriously hope he will get permabanned, or at least sanctionned.

Uh, go to player ticket support, they'd notice you better there, but no mane shaming on Forums!

Yes I agree we need the option to report people at champion select.

I had a person flat out completely intentionally screw over one of my games today they come in the game and say "Im going Role" and do whatever, now it wouldn't be a problem if the player I was laning with had some experience and didn't fucking tilt the entire lane phase so easily, but between that and auto fill without being Duo its usually a negative experience most of the time.

The next game another idiot goes "Tank Jungle" and comes up starts farming, taking XP and intentionally throwing within less than 5 minutes into the game like please WTF is going on?

Why do people feel the need to flat out grief in games, especially before the even started?
