AFK players in ranked games

Alright, so based on logs it's easily distinguishable whether or not I'm in premade with an AFK player. I've lost the past 4-5 games in ranked because I've had an AFK player on my team. Isn't it, after 6 seasons, time to consider this issue?! Let's say, for example, loss forgiven when someone in the team is half the level of others, shown as AFK in the post-game screen and obviously afk in any other technical aspect?

Or is there some kind of bullshit reasoning about statistically the chances being equal for both teams to get the AFK player? Time to stop hiding behind that crap...

If you are not AFK, and there will be one AFK in your game, then the AFK is more likely on the other team since there are 4 available slots on your team and 5 on theirs.

5 games is not a statistically significant sample.

There's actually a new feature called /remake that lets you remake the game if the AFK player does not connect. You can read about it here.
