The question is never "does this deserve a permanent ban" unless you immediately got one with no prior warning. The better question is "does this deserve a punishment," since enough punishments can earn you a 14-day ban (your final warning), and a subsequent punishment can get you banned.

That said, let's take a look.

It's not awful, but it could push you over the edge if you had a 14-day ban. Calling your team dumb, feeders, and bad while talking about how they're not helping and/or are having a mental breakdown isn't really sportsmanlike behavior.

Only thing I'd add to this is the constant harassment of the team for their play/score - that in and of itself would push someone to a punishment.

Again I never mentioned his score until he called me a feeder, then I posted his score and mine basicly asking from what he was basing that accusation

His actions against you do not justify you harassing him. If someone is harassing or verbally abusing you, you are free to mute them and move on. You are not free to retaliate with harassment/abuse of your own.

Muting people removes a tactical advantage and I would rather be able to discuss why they asked that and help them if possible "Comicidal Maniac: kayle rageblade is a better nashors before you get AP" I wish you had the context of the other persons conversation

Well, as you have seen, sometimes removing that tactical advantage is beneficial if it prevents you from flaming/harassing them back. You had the choice to mute or not mute. You chose to not mute them, and after that you were unable to control your negative attitude.

I NEVER called kayle a feeder I was quoting him calling me a feeder thus the "-" the kayle called me a feeder when they had more deaths

I understand and I realize this isn't community standard but having seen the level of toxicity that gets poured into the game on a daily basis it seems ridiculous I would get perma banned for "Comicidal Maniac: must be nice to have a jungle that does more than BM you and watch silently from bushes"

Aproximately two months ago, I was expecting to move up to honor level 1 relatively soon I havent had any issues (* shown by only having two games in the ban instead of the usual 3-5)

Unfortunately it typically takes 3-5 months (depending on behavior) to deescalate a 14-day ban. Your only option at this point is to submit a ticket to Riot Support, but I'm not sure how much luck you'd have, given that this log does veer significantly negative and slightly toxic, with basically no attempt to get the positive side of things.

What is the rating of the game?

Did your language exceed the rating of the game?

If so, you deserve the ban.

It's funny cause players like you say "WHAS REPORTABLE HUH" and get perma banned after. Sweet irony. If you type in game like an idiot calling out KDA acting like you know everything, harassing your team into playing your way, which no one is entitled to listen to you. Lesson should be, noob/toxic/premade of high schoolers? Either mute them or don't talk to them, if you're good you'll play the game correctly regardless of your team, if you flame like this you will get banned How do I know? Cause I've been banned before, for the same exact thing many years ago. Why? Cause I was an immature idiot. However I am sick of running into these kinds of players please reform.

Even if your team sucks, telling them that isn't going to help. Since you can't explain everything to them quick enough.

So much irony when you're bashing your team on their item builds and starts when your advice on them is so damn wrong. Along w your wrong item builds, masteries, ability skill ups, and runes while pretending like you know what you're doing and flaming others
