It can take them a day or two to reply to your ticket, depending on the volume of tickets they have at the moment. Be sure to check the spam/junk folders of your email account as well.
If you reported the compromised account to Riot, it is possible that is why your account was suspended. It's part of their standard procedure to suspend any account that is reported as being stolen/compromised until they can verify the correct owner. It's not the same as a permanent suspension for behavioral violations or other rule infractions, and when they verify the correct owner, they unlock the account to that person.
