Help with retrieving a permanently suspended account

In February 2017, an account named l PRIDE l was permanently suspended for supposed 3rd party program usage.

my plead, I used custom skins for this account. but, the program was sketchy. what I want, I just want this account back so I can play some normal/custom games with friends that I had added. I don't care about playing ranked. I just want the ability to play all my characters and skins with my pals again. I have tried using countless support tickets and forum posts, I don't see any other normal way to reach for help. I really just need closure on this situation from an employee.

If they didn't unban you until now, they won't ever. Sorry man, Riot has a strict policy regarding 3rd party software. And as you said, the program was sketchy. Why use it in the first place?

I'm not an employee but I've read the TOS and Rules regarding accounts. I'm sorry for your loss though

If you were correctly banned for using 3rd party tools, they won't reverse it. The support is the only ones that can help you. We can't do anything only the support.

And if support already told you 'no', you have already gotten closure on the situation from an employee.
