Wrong MMR boosting accusation

Greetings,

I have read a few threads on the topic of MMR boosting, primarily those who believe and showed they were actually incorrectly accused of being boosted. My account was suspended yesterday (07/11/2015) for 2 weeks and after making a ticket, I received a response where the Rioter claimed that after an 'extensive investigation' (a bot, according to every thread I found), my account was tagged as having been boosted. Needless to say, I was quite upset reading this and I did send a very harsh response with a couple of insults which I wouldn't have sent if I had cooled down for a bit, this is from a player that has never got a chat restriction and who tries to keep a positive attitude.

My account: LÙQ

I thought a bit about the accusation and I do see why they could find it suspicious, my brother has been playing this game for longer than I have (summoner name: Lovecoil), he is currently diamond 4 and we both share some of our champion pool, which is sort of expected considering he taught me the game.

I won't deny he hasn't played on my account, I've played on his as well (yes, ranked, does this mean I boosted his account). The point remains, he has placed two other smurf accounts on diamond and he could do it if he wanted on my account, and I could probably do it myself if I really wanted it. But I don't, I don't like playing ranked, I like queueing a couple of normals with my friends and I've played ranked with the sole purpose of getting to gold for the victorious skin which will now be removed from my account. Reading this from an outsider's perspective I can understand that I haven't presented any proof to show that I've done this all by myself, but literally all I can say is that I probably am better than the average player in my bracket by looking at small stats like W/L, KDA and CS differential but I just don't feel like grinding past my skin reward. We share a similar champion pool, although I initially preferred playing ADCs, and with the change in meta this season he shifted towards Orianna and Jinx whereas I am an avid Viktor player.

The intent of this thread is mainly to know what happened to others who got incorrectly accused; and if it is possible to have my suspension and accusation removed, what proof can I dig up to show that I achieved my rank by myself?

Sharing accounts is a violation of the terms both you and your brother agreed to in order to play the game. Your account could have been deleted permanently.

Don't let anyone else play on your account.

I understand letting your friend play games on your account, but not ranked. If your friend plays ranked on your account, that's elo boosting. Even if your friend is worse than you, it's still unfair, because you haven't achieved the rank. Your friend did.

account sharing? you should burn and learn.

as for encountering bots , scripts and toxicity...make a support ticket and use the after game report feature along with that.

You'll be surprised how quick the reply can be.

Helping Riot out helps YOU & the COMMUNITY do something about these undesirables.

oh yeah, don't share the account.
