False positives, real trolls, and an unresponsive player support team
I've been trying to communicate with player support for the past 2 days since I got falsely 14-day banned for intentionally feeding.
A quick summary as to what I've been trying to get across to them would be:
- There was only one troll in the game, he has chat logs admitting to it, and he ran down mid and died under tower within the first 30 seconds of the game. He is still playing, despite how player support claims to be "investigating his account".
- I was the only one actually playing the game past 5 minutes in, my entire team was afk in either the fountain, or flaming under towers. My deaths can be summarized as trying to defend towers by myself, but you can download the replay through the client if you want to see for yourself.
- If my entire team didn't get punished despite having concrete evidence against them, why am I the only one to get punished? I don't believe anyone in this game should have been punished aside from the Skarner, but there seems to be a disconnect as to what is and isn't OK on the player support side of things.
- The automated feeding ban system is easily played around, and it only punishes real players. Take this Skarner as an example, ran down mid a few times, went afk and started flaming people, still playing.
I've had bad experiences with player support in the past in regards to name changes, having one person say something completely different than another, despite showing them the same evidence, and this seems to be continuing the trend.
I've stated numerous times that I think intentionally feeding is unacceptable, and to be accused of it myself in a game as horrible as this one actually breaks my soul. I hope someone at Riot is kind enough to actually take an in-depth look at my case and not glance over it like player support has.
Also feel free to make fun of my 2k games played, everyone else does :)
